Recovery Run at Home

Today I ran at home for my recovery run. The sun was actually out this morning and it was kind of cool. I decided to do the 7 mile route north on Escarpment. The goal was to get my heart rate into zone 3, listen to my iPOD, and just enjoy my run. I had a great run, but probably ran too fast after yesterday's workout. I got my heart rate into zone 3 during the 2nd mile and kept it there the rest of the run. I definitely ran mile 5 and 6 too fast at 8:15 and 8:16, but pulled back to 8:27 for the last mile. I had to get Emma to the doctor so I wasn't able to hit the gym today.
