Gym Running and Weights
Today I slept in and hit the gym for my run and weight workout. I haven't been sleeping well so I rewarded myself after yesterday's effort with an extra 90 minutes of sleep. It was awesome!
I did another split workout which I think really helps get the blood flowing in the legs after the weight workout. I started out running 3.5 miles, did my leg and back exercises, and then ran another 2.65 miles. My total running time was 52 minutes. I was in a hurry so I skipped my arm exercises. I did the full stretch routine and my ab workout at home. I am still feeling good and strong.
Stats - 6.15 miles/52:00/8:27 pace
