Crosstraining
My legs were dead this AM so I hit the gym for a brief workout with no running. I rode the elliptical trainer for 20 minutes to warm up and then did most of my weight routine. I was crunched for time so I did all my leg exercises, including 3x10 step ups with each leg, and some of my upper body exercises. I did my ab exercises at home and stretched a bit. Tomorrow is a much needed rest day before the semi-long run on Saturday.
