New Ladder Workout
Gilbert had another new ladder workout for us to do today. It wasn't as long as the one last week, but it was at the track so it was kind of tedious. I not a big fan of the longer intervals on the track. I would rather do them at Zilker, but running on the soft surface is better for our legs.
We jogged over to AHS, did our drills, a lap of strides and then hit it. I ran with Carrie, Anne, Rachel, Skud, Brian and Mike. The fall marathoners were to do 1x2000, 4x1000, and 4x400. The others had to do half the 1000s and 400s. Carrie and Skud did the whole workout with me which was nice. We had a good time in the warm, humid morning. My splits were good and I was happy with the workout.
