Running/Weights/Running
I had scheduled a 10 miler on the trail for today, but G has another long interval ladder scheduled for tomorrow so I decided to run at the gym instead. I started out with 5 miles on the treadmill and then hit the weights for my whole weight routine. When I finished with the weights I ran another 2 miles to finish the workout. I did my ab work at home and did some stretching to finish the day.
