Run/Weights
Today was kind of in between day for me since I am racing tomorrow night in the Fila Relays. I am losing a day off this week, so I didn't want to do my usual 5-7 miles I do on Thursday. I decided to run for 30 minutes and then do my weight routine. The 30 minutes went by pretty quick. I did my weight exercises including 3x10 step ups in between weight sets. When I was struggling with anything I closed my eyes and envisioned myself in the finishing chute in Chicago and powered through. My body feels great and I am looking forward to finishing out the last 5 weeks of my training.
