Pre Travel Day of Rest

Well today and tomorrow are rest days although I do feel like running. Even though they are forecasting warm weather...record highs even, I am going to run my ass off and get my BQ time. Cooler is easier for me, but who said this was an easy sport? I feel great and have a good vibe going into the weekend. Good luck to everyone running the race in Chicago and Portland this weekend!
