Easy Run at the Lake

Today I met Rachel and Marcy at the Rock for an easy 7 on the trail. It has been a long time since I have done one of these type of runs. It was nice to go a bit easier than I have been doing my recovery runs. We were able to catch up and have some laughs. The pace was nice and easy and definitely needed for me.
