Tuesday Run/Lift/Run

Today was my weekly trip to the gym. I ran for 45 minutes a bit slower than last week since I went hard yesterday. I hit the weights for about 45 minutes and then ran for 15 more minutes. My legs were a bit heavy, but the weights seemed to loosen them up. The second run felt effortless. I did some ab work at home and did a quick stretch.
