Run/Weights/Gym
I have gotten into a once a week weight routine to get ready for Dallas. I was just too tired doing it twice a week all summer. Today I ran 45 minutes, lifted, and then ran another 15 minutes. I really like this workout because it breaks up the monotony of the treadmill and gets the blood flowing back to my legs after the leg exercises.
