Ladder Workout
Today we did a new ladder workout. It consisted of 2x2000, 3x1000, anx 4x400. I had to catch a 9:15 flight, so I was only able to do part of the workout. I drove straight to AHS and ran a two mile warmup on the track. I did my drills with the group and then headed off on the workout with Kelly and Marci. They are both faster than me, but I was able to hang with them. I completed 2x2000 and 2x1000 before I had to leave. I wish I could have finished because it was nice to get faster as we progressed.
