Easy 7 at Town Lake

Today I wanted to get back into my usual routine and run 7 miles at the lake. I got there at 6AM and Shannon was there with her dog who, by the way, is an awesome runner. We set out and ran into Marcy at the trail. We headed counterclockwise with some light conversation. Marcy jumped off at the rock where she parked and Shannon and I finished up the last two miles. It was a nice, easy run. My knee is actually feeling better so that is good news.
