Run in Phoenix

I am out here on travel and ran in my folks neighborhood in Phoenix. It was nice and cool in the AM, but the dryness is really hard to get used to. I did an out and back to get rid of the beers I drank yesterday. I have eaten really poorly the last two days and can feel it. I did a nice little tempo run this morning and felt pretty good.
