Easy Run, Strides, and Drills
Today G surprised us with an easy workout. We were scheduled to do some repeats at Zilker, but instead did an easy 50 minute run followed by a bunch of strides, and drills at Auditorium Shores. I think it was for the benefit of the Chicago folks, but I was up for it since my calf is still bothering me.
